Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
The short version: every prompt is free to view and copy without an account. There are no ads and no third-party trackers or advertising analytics, and your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Optional accounts
If you choose to sign in (with Google or with email & password), sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). Firebase stores your email address, your Google name/photo if you use Google, and the technical data needed to keep you signed in.
Your profile, saved prompts & collections
Your display name, birthday (optional), profile photo link (if you use Google), the titles of prompts you save (♥) and the collections you create are stored in Cloud Firestore (Google Firebase, Tokyo region) in documents only you can read or change. Your birthday is only used so the site's little bot can wish you a happy birthday.
Prompt requests & custom orders
You must be signed in to send a prompt request or place a custom order. We store the request/order details, your account email and ID, your name and (for free requests) the scheduled posting time. You can read your own requests and orders in My dashboard; only Kusal can read everyone's and manage them. Reference photos you upload are resized on your device and stored as compressed images (never shown publicly). Payments happen on PayPal, under PayPal's own privacy policy.
Contact form
If you tick “Show my name on the prompt” on a request, your display name may be shown publicly as “Requested by <name>” on the prompt it inspired. If you post an image with “I made this”, the image, your display name and optional caption are stored and, after Kusal approves them, shown publicly on that prompt's page. Ask via the contact form to have an image removed.
Messages you send with the contact form (your name, email and message) are stored so Kusal can read and reply to them, and deleted once they're no longer needed.
Anonymous counts & error reports
To see which prompts people like, the site keeps simple public counters per prompt — how many times a prompt was viewed, copied or saved. These counters contain no personal data, no IP address and no account ID. If a page breaks in your browser, a short technical error report (error message, page address and browser type) may be stored so it can be fixed; it contains no account information.
Stored on your device
Your browser's local storage remembers your light/dark theme choice, short cool-downs (so counters and forms can't be spammed) and, if you sign in, Firebase's sign-in session. No advertising cookies are used.
Your choices
You can edit your profile any time in My dashboard → Profile, and permanently delete your account, saved prompts and collections with Delete my account. You can also ask via the contact form or on X and I'll delete your data for you.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these services may log basic technical information (like your IP address) as part of serving the page. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy & security.
